We are looking for a Project Manager (Interior) to join our team at Art Tect Interiors to design and execute functional, aesthetic and budget-friendly spaces. The role involves planning layouts, selecting materials, overseeing construction work and coordinating with vendors and clients. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹55,000 - ₹75,000 and opportunities to work on creative design projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Resource Management: Allocate human, financial, and material resources effectively.
- Budget Administration: Build project budgets, track ongoing expenses, and manage costs.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate and identify potential risks (e.g., budget constraints,



delays) and establish contingency plans.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular status updates to clients and executives, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Team Leadership: Guide and motivate project teams, delegate tasks based on skill levels, and resolve any conflicts.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet company standards and client requirements.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
