Job Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects within scope, budget, and schedule. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages stakeholders, identifies risks, and ensures project objectives align with organizational goals. The Project Manager drives project success through effective leadership, communication, and resource management.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning

- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Establish project timelines and milestones.

Project Execution

- Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Assign tasks and monitor progress against project plans.
- Facilitate team meetings and provide project updates.

Stakeholder Management

- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Manage client expectations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors as needed.

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Resolve project issues and escalate concerns when necessary.




- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions.

Budget & Resource Management

- Manage project budgets and control costs.
- Allocate and optimize project resources effectively.
- Track project expenditures and prepare financial reports.

Quality Assurance

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
- Conduct project reviews and quality checks.
- Implement continuous improvement practices.

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare project status reports and presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, records, and lessons learned.
- Provide regular updates to senior management.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10-12 years of project management experience.
- Proven experience managing projects from initiation to completion.
