Job Title: Security Supervisor

Location: A-181, Sector-63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Preferred Candidate: Army retired candidate preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of security guards.
- Ensure proper checking of visitors, employees, vehicles, and material movement.
- Maintain entry and exit records for staff, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Ensure proper gate management and security discipline at all times.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity immediately.
- Handle emergency situations calmly and take necessary action.
- Ensure safety and security of company property, employees, and visitors.
- Coordinate with admin and management for security-related requirements.
- Conduct regular rounds of the premises to check safety and security arrangements.
- Maintain security registers, attendance records, and daily reports.
- Ensure all security guards follow company rules, grooming standards,



and duty timings.
- Report any misconduct, theft, damage, or unusual activity to management immediately.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of security operations and gate management
- Ability to manage and supervise security staff
- Good discipline, alertness, and decision-making skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV monitoring and security registers
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- Physically fit and active

Qualification & Experience:

- Minimum 10th/12th pass or Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in security supervision is required
- Army retired candidates will be preferred
