Better Me Healthcare is a premium mental health initiative committed to providing rigorous, evidence-based clinical interventions. We are looking for a dedicated Clinical Psychologist who possesses a deep understanding of psychopathology and a strong background in structured psychotherapy.

We maintain a high standard for clinical excellence and prioritize candidates who have undergone supervised training in premier government psychiatric settings.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology (2-year regular course) from an RCI-recognized institution.
- Licensure: A valid CRR Number (Central Rehabilitation Register) is mandatory.
- Academic Background: Candidates from institutes such as IHBAS, NIMHANS, CIP or AIIMS are highly encouraged to apply.
- Experience: 1–3 years of post-qualification experience is preferred, though exceptional early-career professionals with strong clinical backgrounds will be considered.

Responsibilities

- Perform psychodiagnostic assessments,



including personality, cognitive, and neuro-psychological testing.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.).
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
