Job Summary:

Responsible for overall mechanical maintenance of plant equipment, ensuring smooth operations, minimum downtime, and high efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage mechanical maintenance team and daily activities

· Plan & execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance

· Maintain equipment like furnaces, rolling mills, casting machines, etc.

· Reduce downtime and improve machine performance

· Handle troubleshooting and root cause analysis

· Ensure safety standards and compliance

· Control maintenance cost and spare parts inventory

· Coordinate with production for shutdown and maintenance planning

· Maintain reports,



documentation, and audit records

· Handle vendors, AMC, and external services

· Implement TPM, 5S, and continuous improvement

Skills Required:

· Strong mechanical and maintenance knowledge

· Experience in copper/metal manufacturing preferred

· Team handling and leadership skills

· Problem-solving and analytical ability

· Knowledge of safety and maintenance systems

Reporting To: Plant Head

Pay: ₹11,776.61 - ₹50,565.75 per month
