- Plan and adjust dispatch schedules and routes for drivers or vehicles.
- Assign jobs, track delivery status, and monitor on-time completion.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Maintain dispatch records, delivery notes, invoices, and reports.
- Handle urgent problems such as delays, route changes, breakdowns, or service issues.
- Ensure compliance with transportation, safety, and company procedures.
