Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute retail sales strategy to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Drive business growth across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and retail distribution channels.
- Appoint, manage, and strengthen distributor and super-stockist networks.
- Lead regional sales teams and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail accounts and channel partners.
- Monitor primary and secondary sales performance and implement corrective actions where required.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution excellence across retail outlets.
- Drive retail expansion and increase market penetration in existing and new geographies.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute trade promotions, activations, and visibility programs.
- Work closely with Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory availability and efficient replenishment.
- Collaborate with the Q-Commerce and Marketing teams to ensure seamless omnichannel execution and consistent brand visibility across offline and online sales channels.




- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and periodic business reviews.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Robust experience in GT, MT, Distribution, and Retail Sales.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and market expansion.
- Strong leadership, distributor management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Experience in premium food, dairy, frozen food, beverage, or FMCG categories preferred.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
