Digiperform is hiring Admission Counsellors with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. The role involves counselling prospective students, handling enquiries, converting leads into admissions, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage walk-in, telephonic, and online enquiries
- Counsel students on courses, fees, and career options
- Follow up on leads and achieve admission targets
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Eligibility
- Minimum 1.5-year experience in admissions or education sales
- Strong communication and counselling skills
- Target-driven and professional approach
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
