We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and integration of cutting-edge 5G NR protocol software. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering robust, high-performance solutions while ensuring top-notch system quality and efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, verification, and integration of 5G NR protocol software.
- Continuously driving system performance improvements with a focus on quality and reliability.
- Overseeing and mentoring development processes, ensuring adherence to software design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on schedule.
- Conducting thorough code reviews and providing technical guidance to the development team.

Required Skills and Expertise:

- Extensive hands-on experience in LTE/5G NR Layer 2 protocol design, implementation, and optimization as per 3GPP specifications.
- Strong programming and debugging expertise in C/C++.
- Sound knowledge of networking protocols, including TCP/IP, UDP, SCTP, and related concepts.
- Proven experience in analysing and debugging gNodeB issues, including log file analysis and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with software development tools like Git for version control and JIRA for project management.
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on delivering scalable, maintainable solutions.

Good to have – Qualifications:

In-depth understanding of Layer 2 interfaces with Layer 1 protocols, such as FAPI.
- Experience in real-time embedded systems development for wireless communication.
- Familiarity with simulation tools, test environments, and automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA cuBB architecture will be a plus.
