Key Responsibilities:

- Product Listing & Catalogue Management
- Create, update, and manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho, and company website.
- Upload product images, titles, descriptions, sizes, and pricing as per platform guidelines.
- Ensure accurate categorization, keywords, and metadata for better product visibility.
- Photoshop & Image Editing
- Edit and retouch garment images using Photoshop.
- Prepare images as per marketplace size and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the photography team for image requirements.
- Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment.
- Track daily orders, returns, and cancellations.
- Ensure smooth order processing and dispatch.
- Sales & Performance Monitoring
- Analyze product performance, sales trends, and competitor pricing.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Suggest improvements in product listings and marketing strategies.




- Customer Support & Coordination
- Handle customer queries related to products, returns, or order issues.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve delivery concerns.
- Marketing & Promotions
- Assist in planning and executing marketplace promotions, discounts, and campaigns.
- Manage banners, creatives, and promotional content.

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (Preferably Fashion, Marketing, or related fields).
- Prior experience in the garment or textile industry is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Photoshop, MS Excel, and marketplace dashboards.
