Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate customer accounts, and supporting month-end financial closing processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations.
- Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly Accounts Receivable reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve payment-related queries.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or Finance.




- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
- Good understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
