Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
- ⁠ ⁠Present the menu, explain plant-based dishes, and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs.
- ⁠ ⁠Accurately take orders, punch them into the POS system, and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams.
- ⁠ ⁠Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
- ⁠ ⁠Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required.
- ⁠ ⁠Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
- ⁠ ⁠Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

- ⁠ ⁠Prior experience as a steward/captain in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.




- ⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- ⁠ ⁠Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- ⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling.
- ⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Café’s sustainability philosophy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
