We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Logistics Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace, and is willing to take ownership of day-to-day operational responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage daily e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently.
* Assist in inventory management, stock counting, and maintaining inventory records.
* Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order processing, packing, and dispatch.
* Perform quality checks before dispatch to ensure order accuracy.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
* Maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
* Demonstrate good decision-making and problem-solving skills while handling daily operational tasks.
* Follow company SOPs and support smooth logistics and warehouse operations.
Skills Required
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
* Good attention to detail and accuracy.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to take ownership.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
