About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join our Career Development team. The role involves counselling prospective learners, understanding their career goals, recommending suitable executive education programs, and driving admissions through consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding education programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual counselling sessions.
- Explain course features, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly revenue and admission targets.
- Maintain and update CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Deliver ethical, customer-centric counselling.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- HSC or above (Graduate/Postgraduate preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of hardcore outbound sales experience (EdTech preferred but not mandatory).




- Excellent verbal communication and sales skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Comfortable working in a highly target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Professional, confident, and presentable personality.

Working Schedule

- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working hours may be extended based on business requirements.
- High-pressure, target-oriented role.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
