About the Role

Tridots Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts & Finance professional to join our team. As a consulting firm, we look for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, possess strong analytical skills, and can manage financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounts Receivable (AR) & Payable (AP): Oversee timely invoicing, track outstanding dues, manage vendor payments, and perform periodic reconciliations.
- Taxation & Compliance: Handle GSTR filing (GSTR-1, 3B, etc.) and ensure strict compliance with statutory timelines.
- Financial Finalization: Assist in the month-end closing process, balance sheet finalization, and preparation of financial statements.
- Consulting Mindset: Adapt to diverse client requirements and deliver structured financial insights as part of our consulting operations.

Required Skillset & Qualifications

- Education: Cleared CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- Experience:



Minimum 1 year of core accounting and taxation experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of GST laws, hands-on experience with accounting software (like Tally/Zoho Books), and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, a problem-solving approach, and the ability to work under tight compliance deadlines.
