About the Role

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing IT company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management, content marketing, and campaign execution to increase brand visibility and generate quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Manage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube).
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.
- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Perform SEO and SEM activities to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and nurture leads.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email marketing, and online channels.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills

- 1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing,



preferably in an IT company.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience using AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, or similar is an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's masters ,degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications (Google, HubSpot, Meta, etc.) are preferred.
