Roles & Responsibility

Key Responsibilities:• Project Ownership: Lead cross-functional AI initiatives across product, engineering, datascience, and business teams, ensuring alignment with company goals.• AI Delivery: Manage timelines and dependencies for machine learning models (e.g., priceprediction, vehicle condition scoring, fraud detection).• Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (e.g., product,sales, marketing) and technical teams (data scientists, ML engineers).• Roadmap Planning: Define program roadmaps, OKRs, and delivery milestones acrossmultiple AI-driven products and platforms.• Execution Excellence: Implement agile methodologies, manage sprints, retrospectives, anddrive issue resolution.• Risk Management: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies,



and proactively managechanges in project scope or timelines.• Market Understanding: Stay informed on the used car market dynamics, customerbehaviour, and AI trends to shape product direction.• Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership on program status,KPIs, and blockers.

Requirements

Experience• ~3 years of program/project management experience in tech or AI-centric organizations.

- Proven experience leading AI/ML initiatives (preferably in automotive, fintech, or e-commerce domains).

• Familiarity with AI/ML lifecycle – data collection, labeling, model training, evaluation,deployment, and monitoring.• Robust understanding of the used car ecosystem – pricing, inventory, inspection,marketplaces, etc.• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, etc.).
