At WEBCOM SOLUTION INFOSYSTEMS PVT. LTD., We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with 0–6 months of experience who are looking to kickstart their career in Human Resources. You will gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations while working in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals and social media
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Support onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist with attendance tracking and HR documentation
- Help organize employee engagement activities
- Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field




- 0–6 months of experience (Freshers are welcome)
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and grow in HR field
- Good organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with job portals like Indeed, Naukri, or LinkedIn is a plus
- Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment
