Key Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and business leads provided by the company.
- Promote Naturolled Tea products and explain their features and benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable products.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Respond to customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Assist with day-to-day office work.

Candidate Requirements

- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, telesales, inside sales, or customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.




- Solid communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, email, and internet.
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven.
