Job Title: Field Sales Executive (Agriculture)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products while building solid relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of agricultural practices and a passion for field sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit farmers, retailers, and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell the company's agricultural products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collect market feedback and competitor information.
- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and maintain sales records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and report daily field activities.

Eligibility:

- B.Sc. Agriculture (Preferred).
- 6 months to 1 year of sales experience (Agriculture/Agri-input sales preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
- Basic knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices is an advantage.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is an added advantage.
- Local Candidate Prefered
