Position: Regional Commercial Manager - South

Location: Bangalore

Qualification: CA (Chartered Accountant) Mandatory

Experience: Post CA 3-4 years of relevant experience of working as commercial manager/FP&A.;

Preferred Industry: FMCG and Consumer Durable & Appliance.

Job Responsibility:

- Managing distributor credits, controlling receivables, handling exceptions and ensuring policy compliance.
- Engagement with distributors and sales team to ensure commercial hygiene in the business
- Responsible for the Finance function of the Sales region which includes accounting, analytics, audit, commercial controls and sales business partnering.
- Driving and owning Sales Commercial Function KPIs in the region along budgeting and variance analysis, MIS and dashboards
- Leading and monitoring GST compliances for the region.




- Overseeing process controls w.r.t. commercial and accounting activities (AR, schemes, Distributor claims & F&Fs;, NDCs, monthly closing, Godown Inventory etc.)
- Developing operational excellence in all aspects for the region.
- Control and compliance: Ensuring commercial and internal financial controls are effective, overseeing compliance with policies, and supporting both statutory and internal audits.
- Profitability and cost management: Identifying and recommending cost-saving measures and strategies to improve regional profitability.
