Looking for a South Indian Commi-II who is having the experience in Kerala Nadaun items . He should have experience in restaurant industry only with South Indian items. Please excuse for hotel industry persons. Restaurant opening time 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM midnigh, duty hours will be 11hrs including break.

Key responsibility are mentioned below;

1. Plan/organise/arrange daily South indian kitchen portions of bulk items, day to day kitchen and party order activities.

2. Area clearance and report to be given to Sous Chef / Operations Manager after duty finish.

3. New dishes to be introduced as and when required. Food cost/ recipes to be maintained/properly maintained. Wastage to be control decided by Restaurant Manager.

4. Daily kitchen closing stock/wastage to be monitor and record in his section.

5. Food quality, taste and appearance to be in standards and ensure all items are maintaining the requirements.

Preferred Kerala candidates -(Kannur/Kozhikode/Wayanad/Thrissur district region candidates).

Candidates should be work with us minimum of 1 year contract.

Monthly 4 off. Food & accommodation provided.
