Job Summary

Amaryllis Appliances India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Electrical Product Trainer to deliver product and technical training to internal sales teams, channel partners, distributors, electricians, and customers. The ideal candidate should have solid technical knowledge of electrical products and excellent presentation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product training sessions for sales teams, distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
- Deliver technical training on electrical products, their features, applications, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, product manuals, and training videos.
- Demonstrate product usage and conduct hands-on practical sessions.
- Train newly launched products and ensure all stakeholders are updated with the latest product information.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, quizzes, and feedback.
- Provide technical support to the sales and service teams whenever required.
- Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to align training content with business objectives.
- Visit customer sites, dealer locations, and branch offices to conduct product demonstrations and training programs.




- Collect market and customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic training reports.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Product Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Application Engineer in the electrical industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical products such as switches, switchgear, wiring accessories, electrical protection devices, lighting, fans, or related products.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Willingness to travel extensively for training programs.

- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Confident public speaking and classroom management skills.
- Self-motivated with a customer-focused approach.
