Arabic Retailer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

We are looking for Arabic-speaking professionals to join our Retailer Support team in Jaipur. This is a voice-based customer support role where you will assist retailers by resolving their queries and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle retailer support queries through voice calls.
- Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details.
- Follow company processes to ensure high-quality customer support.

Eligibility

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
- Positive communication skills in English.

Compensation & Benefits





- Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on skills and experience)
- Five-day work week
- Rotational shifts (primarily night shifts)
- 10-hour shift, including a 1-hour break
- Cab facility for eligible night shifts

Relocation Support

- Up to 10 days of complimentary accommodation

- Relocation bonus of up to ₹10,000 (as per company policy)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
