Job Description :
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding and internalising the cost and revenue aspects of the card program as given by Network partners.
Negotiation with Program managers on various aspects of card launch.
Design and develop end-to-end prepaid forex card product in alignment with business objectives.
Manage the launch process including coordination with banking partners, networks (Visa/MasterCard ).
Oversee operations of prepaid card program, ensuring smooth processing, issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
Work closely with compliance, risk, finance and technology teams to ensure program meet regulatory standards.
Analyze performance data to optimize the prepaid card offering and recommend enhancements.
Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in the digital payments and prepaid space.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience specifically in prepaid card product lifecycle – design, implementation, and operations.
Solid understanding of card payment systems, BIN sponsorship, program management platforms, and digital issuance.
Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, RBI guidelines in India).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
