Required Skills & Qualifications

- 6–8 years of experience as a CAD Designer, with a strong focus on kidswear graphics and prints.
- Proven experience designing for UK and European retailers such as Next, Zara, Marks & Spencer, Boden, Joules, or similar brands.
- Strong understanding of children’s fashion aesthetics across baby, toddler, and kids categories.
- Excellent creative thinking with the ability to generate original concepts rather than relying solely on references.
- Ability to interpret buyer briefs and mood boards into commercially successful collections.
- Strong knowledge of colour palettes, typography, illustrations, character development, placement graphics, repeat prints, and surface embellishments.
- High proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of print techniques,



embroidery, appliqué, and garment construction relevant to kidswear.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
