B4M NHQ School of Audiography & Music Technology is a leading institution dedicated to providing industry-focused education in audio engineering and music production. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Accountant & Administrative Assistant.

Job ResponsibilitiesAccounts

- Assist with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment records.
- Record financial transactions accurately.
- Assist with bank reconciliations.
- Maintain financial files and documentation.
- Support GST and other accounting-related tasks when required.

Administration

- Assist with student admissions and enquiries.
- Maintain student records and office documentation.
- Coordinate with students, parents, faculty, and vendors.
- Handle basic office correspondence and filing.




- Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Positive communication and organisational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
