Location: Remote

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Fixed Schedule)

Duration: 2 Months

Stipend: ₹5,000 per month

About the Role

Naukri Verse is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for candidates who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

The primary focus of this role will be end-to-end recruitment, along with supporting various day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

* Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms.

* Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

* Conduct initial HR screening calls.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

* Assist with onboarding and documentation.

* Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.





Requirements

* Excellent English communication skills (Highest Priority).

* Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

* Basic understanding of HR and recruitment is preferred.

* Good organizational and time-management skills.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets is a plus.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
