About the Organization

J.J Foundation an undertaking Jiyes Learning Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life of senior citizens through healthcare, social welfare, legal awareness, livelihood support, community engagement, and advocacy.

Position Summary

The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating projects focused on senior citizens. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with stakeholders, team management, donor reporting, and ensuring timely achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage senior citizen welfare programs.
- Employ the dedicated and skilled office staff and social workers.
- Coordinate with government departments, hospitals, community organizations, and local authorities.
- Build partnerships with CSR organizations and funding agencies.
- Prepare project reports, donor reports, and documentation.
- Manage project budgets and ensure proper utilization of funds.
- Maintain beneficiary records and project data.
- Ensure compliance with donor guidelines and organizational policies.

Eligibility

- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), Public Administration, Sociology,



Psychology, Public Health, or a related field.
- Candidates with an MBA in Social Sector/Development Management may also apply.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in NGO or development sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience in senior citizen welfare, healthcare, disability, community development, or social protection projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Report writing and documentation.
- Budget planning and financial monitoring.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for field visits.

Preferred Knowledge

- Government schemes for senior citizens.
- Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act.
- CSR-funded projects.
- Donor reporting requirements.
- Community mobilization techniques.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
