About the Role

We are seeking a creative and politically aware Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital media, political communication, and storytelling. The role involves creating impactful video content that effectively communicates campaign messages, engages audiences, and strengthens political outreach across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit political speeches, rallies, interviews, press conferences, and campaign events.
- Create engaging reels, short-form videos, social media creatives, and promotional content.
- Develop compelling video narratives aligned with campaign objectives and political messaging.
- Add subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, visual effects, and animations to enhance content quality.
- Collaborate with content writers, strategists, graphic designers, and campaign teams.
- Ensure quick turnaround of videos during campaigns, events, and breaking political developments.
- Optimize content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and WhatsApp.
- Maintain brand consistency across all political communication materials.
- Organize and manage large volumes of video footage and digital assets.

Required Skills





- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software.
- Solid understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement.
- Experience in motion graphics, color grading, and audio enhancement.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and current digital trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and creative thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in political campaigns, news media, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Understanding of political communication and public affairs.
- Knowledge of Hindi and regional languages will be an added advantage.
- Experience in creating viral and high-engagement social media content.

Eligibility

- Willingness to work night shifts from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
- Ability to manage time-sensitive assignments and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
