Job Overview

A reputed law firm based in Fort, Mumbai is seeking a Junior Associate – Litigation to join its litigation team. The role involves handling matters before various legal forums, including the Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, and Arbitration tribunals.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage litigation matters across various legal forums.
- Draft pleadings, motions, appellate documents, Statements of Claim (SoC), Statements of Defence (SoD), and applications under Sections 9, 11, 17, and 29A.
- Represent clients in court hearings, tribunals, and arbitration proceedings.
- Conduct legal research and provide strategic legal advice.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case updates and legal guidance.




- Collaborate with senior advocates and associates on complex matters.
- Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
- 2–3 years of litigation experience before the Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, or in arbitration matters.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and legal research skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team workplace.
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
