- Responsible for BOQ variation tracking, co-ordinate/approvals-client documentation.
- Responsible for client billing (RA) certification & monthly reconciliation statements.
- Provide cost to completion for individual project.
- Estimating, Tendering, Pre Contract Administration, Post Contract Administration such as Procurement of contractors.
- Desired Profile
- Should have 5 to 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor(Exclusively of Roads and Highway PMC Projects.)
- Experience in Estimating, Tendering, Reconciliation, Material, Cost Control, preparation of BOQs and Budgeting Management of Building projects.
- Valuable knowledge of 3Ds-Max, Auto Cad, REVIT, STAD Pro, MS Project, MS office & outlook.
