We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Biotechnology / Life Sciences Technical Trainer to join our training team. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented Add-on Courses (30–40 Hours) and 3-Day Workshops for college students in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Healthcare, and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and practical training sessions for college students.
- Handle Add-on Courses and short-term workshops in Biotechnology and emerging technologies.
- Prepare course materials, presentations, practical exercises, assignments, and assessments.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations using relevant software, tools, datasets, and platforms.
- Explain technical concepts in a clear and student-friendly manner.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, AI, Healthcare, and Life Sciences.
- Travel to colleges/institutions for training sessions when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent qualification in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Computational Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or related disciplines.
- Strong subject knowledge in Biotechnology and/or Bioinformatics.
- Knowledge of Python or R and data analysis will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in Biotechnology or Healthcare is preferred.
- Good presentation, communication, and teaching skills.
- Previous training, teaching, research, or industry experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and presentation skills may also apply.
