Responsibilities:- Provide L2/L3 operational support Dedicated Platforms.

Key Responsible

- Provide L2/L3 operational support for Platforms.
- Troubleshoot Linux,



Kubernetes, virtualization, networking, and storage-related issues.
- Perform platform health checks, service monitoring, patching, and upgrades.
- Support VMaaS/BMaaS provisioning and tenant/workspace operations.
- Analyze logs, identify root cause, and resolve platform incidents and operational issues.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and engineering teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,550,000.00 per year
