Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Time Studies and calculate standard cycle times.
- Perform Method Studies to improve productivity and eliminate waste.
- Support Production Planning & Control (PPC) activities.
- Monitor line balancing and manpower utilization.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
- Assist in capacity planning and production scheduling.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Participate in Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze production losses and suggest corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance departments.

- Support troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records and checklists.
- Participate in TPM and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Assist in spare parts management and inventory control.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
