· Prepare and verify contractor and subcontractor bills with supporting measurements.

· Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from approved drawings.

· Verify site measurements and maintain measurement records.

· Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Consultants, and Accounts for timely billing and payment processing.

· Prepare variation orders, additional work bills, and reconciliation statements.

· Monitor project quantities, work progress, and billing status.

· Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings for billing and quantity calculations.

· Prepare architectural drawings, if required, for submission of proposals for new projects.

· Assist the PMD In-Charge in preparing project estimates, budgets, and cost analysis.

· Visit project sites for quantity verification, measurements, and billing-related activities.





· Ensure all bills are prepared in accordance with contract terms, BOQ, and approved rates.

· Maintain proper documentation of bills, measurement books, and billing records.

· Coordinate with clients and consultants for bill certification and approval.

· Carry out initial setting out and verification activities at recent project sites whenever required.

· Prepare monthly billing, progress, and cost reports for management review.

· Support project cost control and ensure timely submission of all billing documents.

· Perform any other duties assigned by the PMD In-Charge or Management as required.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
