Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and client representatives.
- Inspect RCC, finishing, structural, masonry, waterproofing, and infrastructure works.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, BOQs, and work progress.
- Review and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and adherence to IS codes and project specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for the PMC and client.
- Coordinate material inspections, testing, and approvals.
- Monitor compliance with EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) requirements at the construction site.
- Attend project review meetings with Tata Consulting Engineers and IIT Bombay representatives.




- Resolve technical and site execution issues while maintaining project timelines.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural works, finishing works, and infrastructure construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and high-rise building projects.
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, estimation, AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced PMC workplace with multiple stakeholders.

Qualification

- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Experience

- 5–8 Years in Construction, High-Rise, Infrastructure, Residential, or Commercial Projects.

Pay: ₹30,745.05 - ₹65,080.56 per month
