Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer (AI Automation Lead) to architect and deliver enterprise-grade AI automation solutions for the Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python, AI Agents, LLMs, workflow orchestration, cloud technologies, and scalable backend architectures, with experience building production-ready AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-powered automation platforms and intelligent workflows.
- Build scalable backend services using Python (FastAPI/Flask/Django), REST APIs, and microservices.
- Implement workflow orchestration using Temporal (preferred) or equivalent platforms.
- Develop AI Agents using CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, and integrate with Amazon Bedrock/OpenAI/Azure OpenAI.
- Design secure, event-driven architectures with OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC/ABAC.
- Integrate Python services with C#/.NET, enterprise applications, and third-party APIs.
- Build AI-driven Healthcare workflows across RCM, Claims, Eligibility, Enrollment, Prior Authorization, and Document Automation.
- Drive AI Ops, CI/CD,



monitoring, observability, and production support.
- Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices.
