Qualification :Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)

 At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the corrugated

sheet or packaging industry.

 Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six

Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).

 Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality auditing.

 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and

make data-driven decisions.

 Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate

effectively with cross-functional teams.

 Proven leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring quality

control personnel.

 Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-

paced environment.
