Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Faridabad. We are looking for a Customer Relation Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering long-term engagement. The RM will proactively reach out to clients, gather feedback, resolve concerns, and encourage consistent participation in sessions.

Qualifications

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback on their initial experience, onboarding process, and overall satisfaction.
- Identify and address client concerns, ensuring timely resolution of issues.




- Reach out to clients who are not attending sessions to understand reasons and encourage re-engagement.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and action points.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, customer support, trainers) to improve client experience.
- Develop strategies to strengthen client relationships and enhance retention.
- Provide insights to management on client trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer success, or account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients professionally and empathetically.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Comfortable with CRM tools, client feedback systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
