Position: 3D Visualizer Experience: 1–2 Years Vacancy: 1 We're looking for someone who has: Exposure to luxury residential and hospitality projects (Preferred)Solid understanding of architectural and interior design drawingsAbility to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizationsGood understanding of materials, textures, lighting, composition, and camera anglesAbility to convert design concepts, mood boards, and CAD drawings into realistic 3D models and rendersKnowledge of furniture, décor, finishes, styling, and landscaping for realistic visualizationsAbility to create still renders, walkthroughs,



and presentation visualsStrong attention to detail and visual storytellingAbility to collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams while meeting project deadlines Software Skills: SketchUpAutoCADD5 Render / EnscapeAdobe PhotoshopAI Tools (Proficient)Lumion (Preferred)3ds Max with Corona/ V-Ray (Preferred)Revit (Preferred) Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related design field Location: Mumbai Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office This isn't just another job.
