Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Operations Analyst to support operational and commercial decision-making through data analysis and business intelligence.
Responsibilities

Analyze production performance, capacity utilization, efficiency, and productivity metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate operational KPIs, factory performance, and order execution to ensure on-time delivery and operational excellence.
Conduct cost, profitability, and variance analysis, identifying opportunities for cost optimization and improved financial performance.
Manage and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and aging reports to support effective inventory control.
Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to provide actionable insights for management decision-making.
Analyze sales performance, margins, customer profitability, and pricing trends to support commercial objectives.
Support forecasting, budgeting, process improvement, and data automation initiatives across functions.
Collaborate with Production, Merchandising, Supply Chain,



Finance, and other stakeholders to drive business performance.

Required Skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and Power Query.
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of apparel manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and inventory management.
Understanding of costing, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
Solid communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or a related discipline.
4–7 years of experience in Operations Analysis, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, or a similar role.
Prior experience within the Apparel, Textile, Manufacturing, or Export industry is preferred.
Experience in ERP systems and data-driven reporting environments will be an added advantage.
