About the Role
Candidates with experience in Commercial Air Conditioning, Chillers, Cold Rooms, Cold Storage, Industrial Refrigeration, or Deep Refrigeration are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

Generate current business and achieve sales targets for Cold Room & Cold Storage solutions.
Develop business through consultants, contractors, dealers, OEMs, and direct custom users.
Handle project sales from enquiry generation to order closure.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with engineering and project teams for successful execution.
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.





Qualifications

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
4+ years of B2B sales experience in HVAC/Refrigeration.

Required Skills

Experience in any of the following:
Cold Room
Cold Storage
Commercial Air Conditioning
Chillers
Industrial Refrigeration
Deep Refrigeration
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Experience in project sales and solution selling will be preferred.
