Job Description Hiring: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 – Non-QM) | Mumbai

Position: Mortgage Live Underwriter (L2 – Non-QM)
Location: Mumbai
Work Mode: Work From Office
Experience Required

2 to 4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting

Key Responsibilities

Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
Work on Encompass LOS
Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing

Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to ₹9.5 LPA
Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹72,790
Monthly Performance Incentive: ₹2,750
Travel Allowance:

₹3,500 (Both Ways)
₹1,750 (One Way)
Joining Bonus: ₹50,000 after successful completion of 3 months

Shift Details

US Shift
Shift Window: 6:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Rotational 9-hour shift
Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off
