Gain operates globally with offices in New York, London, Amsterdam, Frankfurt, Warsaw, and Bangalore.n The rolen In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering and Sales/Customer Success, collaborating closely with these teams to provide technical advice and integration support for both existing clients and new prospects. The role will be executed from Bangalore, India in the India timezone while periodically working later hours (up to 11:30PM IST) to support US-based customers when needed. Your responsibilities will include:n n Supporting on technical and security requests from Sales and Customer Successn Supporting with ad hoc data requests across the companyn Advising and supporting clients with their API integrationsn Setting up custom CRM integrations for existing clientsn Enhancing client security standards by implementing Single Sign-Onn Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related errors while managing stakeholder communication throughout.n Assisting the Engineering team with product QA testing and root cause analysisn Act as technical point of contact for customers during and after the sales cyclen n What you bringn We are looking for someone who has a technical foundation and is passionate about supporting our clients and prospects.
