Job Description

1. Engineering Data Entry & Management

- Enter and maintain engineering data in E-ALPS, including:
- Drawing numbers and revisions
- Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Material specifications and grades
- Tag numbers and line/structure identification

- Update revisions and ensure latest drawings are reflected in the system.

2. Drawing & Document Control Support

- Upload and register engineering drawings in the system.
- Track drawing revisions, approvals, and release status.




- Maintain document logs and ensure proper document version control.
- Coordinate with document controllers for document flow.

3. BOM & Material Coordination

- Input and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) in E-ALPS.
- Ensure alignment between:
- Engineering BOM
- Procurement data
- Fabrication requirements

- Highlight discrepancies in material data to engineering team.

4. Interface with Fabrication & Planning

- Ensure engineering data is correctly linked to fabrication workflows.
- Support mapping of:
- Drawings to fabrication packages
- Material to work orders

- Coordinate with planning team for data consistency.
