Job Purpose

We are seeking a high-energy, result-oriented Sales & Distribution Executive to aggressively drive market penetration and manage the supply chain movement for our premium brands (Bagmati Mineral Water and Krishna Doodharu Animal Feed). Operating entirely on the field, this role focuses on bringing in volume orders, expanding the regional retail/distributor network, and ensuring flawless payment collections.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

- Market Acquisition: Visit local dairy cooperatives, commercial cattle farms, wholesalers, grocery merchants, and retail outlets daily to pitch products and secure volume orders.
- Distributor Management: Manage relationships with existing B2B distributors, coordinating order demands and ensuring regular supply fulfillment.
- Logistics Oversight: Map out daily local delivery routes for supply vehicles to ensure on-time delivery and reduce transportation costs.
- Strict Cash/UPI Collections:



Ensure zero payment lags by collecting outstanding balances upon delivery and reconciling daily sales collections directly with the owner.
- Competitor Intelligence: Track regional market trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts to advise the business on growth strategies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven field sales experience in FMCG, local dairy products, cattle feed, or packaged beverages within the Bihar region.
- Skills: Robust communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and local dialects (Maithili/Bhojpuri). Must own a two-wheeler for daily market field visits.
- Traits: Aggressive sales mindset, numbers-driven, and highly reliable with handling collections.

Compensation & Structure

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
- Variable Commission: Highly attractive, uncapped performance incentives.
- Allowances: Direct fuel/travel allowance based on daily field tracking.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
