Job Summary

We are looking for a professional, well-groomed, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, handle inquiries and complaints efficiently, and create memorable hospitality experiences through outstanding service. (Indeed)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and provide a seamless arrival experience.
- Manage reservations, guest seating, and waitlists efficiently.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure smooth coordination with the service team.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
- Coordinate with kitchen, service, and management teams to fulfill guest requirements.
- Assist with VIP guests, celebrations, and special occasions.
- Collect guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution of concerns.
- Maintain guest records and reservation details accurately.
- Ensure high standards of grooming, hygiene, and professional communication.
- Promote restaurant offers, memberships,



and loyalty programs where applicable.
- Follow company SOPs and maintain excellent customer service standards. (Indeed)

Requirements

- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience as a GRE, Hostess, Front Office Executive, or in a customer-facing hospitality role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasing personality with robust interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and resolve guest concerns effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and reservation/POS systems is an advantage.
- Flexible to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
