About the Role: We are seeking a Knowledgeable and customer focussed Tour Consultant to assist clients in planning & booking exceptional spiritual travel experiences. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding customer prospectives, and assist enquires and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Inbound & Outbound Tele calling

· Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences etc

· Recommend suitable tour packages, destinations, & itineraries

· Maintain strong relationships with customers





· Provide information for up sales and cross sales

· Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction & resolve issues promptly

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Multilingual (Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, & English other languages are add on)

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Customer – oriented with strong attention to detail

· Must be a vegetarian

· Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem

· Strong motivation to grow within the organization
