Product Owner

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Owner to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, managing product roadmaps, prioritizing business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products.

The role requires a strong understanding of product strategy, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and customer-centric thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business and user requirements
- Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and operations teams for successful product delivery
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review discussions
- Track product progress, timelines, KPIs, and release deliverables
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify product improvement opportunities
- Work closely with stakeholders to align product outcomes with customer and business needs
- Support product testing, validation, release management, and deployment activities
- Collect user feedback and drive continuous product enhancements

Required Skills





- Strong understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience in product planning, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and documentation abilities
- Ability to prioritize features and manage multiple product initiatives
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Notion, ClickUp, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of software development workflows and SDLC
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles and customer experience concepts

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 4–8 years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Analyst / Product Manager / Product Coordinator
- Experience working on SaaS, AI, AgriTech, GIS, or technology-driven products is preferred
